About the Presenter: Mark Gisson is currently the Assistant Director of the Hooksett Library. He has worked in the library field for 21+ years, providing technology support and training for both librarians and patrons. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the NHLA-ITS Section. His passion is to keep abreast of emerging technologies, promote and facilitate positive user experiences with relevant technologies, including cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
