Take 10 minutes to de-stress and enjoy a chair message with local, licensed massage therapist, Matt Kurdt. Register for the hour when you can attend either 10AM, 11AM or 12PM. Only sign up for 1 session. We will email you the exact time of your session with in that hour. This event is for adults only, 18 and over. Wear comfortable clothing. We will have these sessions in a tucked away corner of the library but you will not be in a private room due to space constraints.
Chair Massage is a convenient and easy way to experience the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of massage. You stay fully clothed for the session and, because the massage chair takes up so much less space than a massage table, Chair Massage can be done easily in just about any setting including your home, your office, or even an event space. This ease and convenience also makes Chair Massage a great option for those that are new to Massage Therapy.
About Matt: I have pursued a number of creative endeavors over the years, but none have been more fulfilling than learning and practicing Energy Work and Massage. I completed the Holistic Massage program at Spatech Institute (formerly) in Ipswich back in April 2021 and have been licensed and practicing full time ever since. My approach to massage stems from the belief that we all possess the innate potential to heal and be healed. I focus on utilizing relaxing, therapeutic techniques to keep the body in it's parasympathetic (or relaxed) state and as far away from the sympathetic (fight or flight) state as possible. Even deep tissue work does not need to feel uncomfortable or leave you feeling beat up the next day. Find out more at www.kurdtardt.com
