We will demystify their growth patterns in various regions, techniques and what to expect while hunting and harvesting them and even how to cook them in these widespread regions of the world. Gary Gilbert is a member of the Executive Committee of the Boston Mycological Association and is the creator of ‘Mycocards: Flashcards for Learning Mushrooms (www.mycocards.com). He is one of the contributors to the "Fantastic Fungi Community Cookbook" and has lectured locally and nationally on fungi. He also has an ongoing column ‘Mushroom of the Week’ with The Cricket.
